One of the first things we learn as young children through exploration of our senses and the world around us is our balance, and soon it becomes second nature.    Meditation provides you a way to physically, mentally and emotionally find your balance.    As your practice grow, this state of being can also become second nature.  Centeredness builds a strong foundation allowing you to grow and move forward.  In this guided meditation we will consider what emotions are present when you feel balanced.  Offering an opportunity to move around a bit, feeling your sense of grounding and then tuning in through meditation, to feel the inner stability that you naturally seek and hold within.      Your financial contribution helps support a mindful movement, transforming and creating harmony in the world we share together!
