Imran Gulamhuseinwala, trustee of the Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE), speaks to Ellie Duncan for Open Banking Expo Unplugged about what there is left to deliver now that the OBIE has reached the final implementation stages of the roadmap for Open Banking in the UK. He also reveals what a successor organisation might look like and whether he will be involved, as well as what the UK needs to do to ensure Open Finance doesn’t become a lost opportunity.
