John Yems responds to FA racism charge
On today's episode Jim speaks to the former Crawley manager John Yems. John has been banned from football for 18 months after he admitted one charge of racism, as well as being found guilty of 11 other charges. However, the FA has contested an independent commission which determined that Yems was not a 'conscious racist'.
