S3 Ep189: Emma Cleal: Be More Frank
This week we have the wonderful Emma Cleal joining us on Over The Influence! Emma has been sober now for a year (congrats!) and while she is here to talk about that, she is mainly here to share the story of her son Frank who tragically passed away aged just thirteen years old. Following this, Emma felt the conventional wisdom she was getting was to find comfort in drinking alcohol. Wisely, she decided to take the opposite course of action. In the time since Frank passed, Emma (along with friends and family) has been committed to raising money in Frank's name via their initiative Be More Frank and at the time of writing this, they're very nearly on a whopping £200,000! If you would like to Be More Frank, you can visit www.bemorefrank.org for more information. Thank you so much to Emma for coming on! --- Get In Touch: Of course, you can always get in touch with us (publicly or privately) on our socials - @alcoholfreepod on Instagram, or search for "Over The Influence" on Facebook.
