Dealing with anxiety

Today's episode I'm opening up and talking about my struggles with anxiety. Food is not the only way to deal with anxiety and every time we use food to try to feel better we miss out on life and the opportunity to learn and grow.Being human involves having a range of emotions and sometimes we don't need to know where's coming from or what thought is creating it. All we need is the willingness to feel the emotions without making it a problem or wanting to get rid of it. When we allow ourselves to feel we have a great opportunity to connect with ourselves on a deeper level and see what that emotion is here to teach us.
