You have to listen to this great conversation with my friend Nadina Cojocaru.Nadina shares her story of healing her thoughts about her body from being underweight and overweight and how loving her body the way it is now has been the most amazing self-care and self-love thing she could do.She uses a great analogy of how to accept our body structure with ease and how unique we are in taking care of it. Nadina is a vet-coach and a Certified Life and Weight Coach and a small animal veterinarian.  She is the host of the Weight Loss For Small Animal Veterinarians Podcast.  She was born and raised in communist Romania and moved to Sweden almost  ten years ago to work as a vet. She is currently work part time as a vet and full time as a coach. She coaches in English, Swedish or Romanian and she's able to  understand French and Italian pretty well. She has touched  people from over 20 countries by now through her coaching.She uses brain science, biology and coaching to help small animal vet-clients to lose weight by stopping the emotional eating.
