We believe we need to feel goo all the time. The goal is always to be happy. But the truth is, we want to feel negative emotions. As humans, we have the contrast of emotions. The good and bad, happy and sad, etc... we wouldn't know how happy feels like without feeling sad.Life is 50/50. This concept is powerful. We will feel 50% negative and 50% positive, always. Today's episode I talk about the contrast of emotions and how we want to feel negative emotions as much as positive ones. The goal is not to feel happy, the goal is to feel all emotions in the spectrum of emotions, to be alive, have a human experience.
