11 - Madison Sylvester, Casting Associate

Madison Sylvester is a Casting Associate at Telsey + Company, where she has worked for 4.5 years. Having dabbled in several departments in the office, she now focuses on commercial Broadway and nonprofit Off-Broadway plays (and a musical or two). Madison is a 2015 graduate of Wagner College, where she got her degree in Arts Administration. In our conversation, we chat about how collaboration, communication, and creativity play leading roles in her job, the best advice for actors in the waiting room for an audition, and how Broadway can really start diversifying itself.
