Dr. Rich is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and the Director of the Digital Wellness Lab located at Boston’s Children Hospital where he practices Adolescent Medicine. In this interview, we discuss parenting advice for a healthy digital upbringing and the resources available at the Lab.
