Ep. #69: BRAAAIIIINS!!

We've been talking about brains a lot over here, and I wanted to share a few of the conversations I've had with my daughter recently because it's not really something that's modeled for us very often, and it's so very useful to our kids, especially if they are prone to overthinking, or black and white thinking, or even anxiety. Honestly, I knew it was something that could be helpful, but I've been amazed at how much it has helped my daughter.I want to share two separate conversations we have had about brains lately, one focused on brain development, and one exploring anxiety and negativity bias.Fun stuff, just in time for Halloween!--- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/julia-mcgarey/support Get full access to The Blackbird Chronicles at juliamcgarey.substack.com/subscribe This is a public episode.
