45. 5 Mindset Lessons from Dance Team Nationals

Why do we compete? If you have dancers who take on big national championships every year, why? Have they lost track of why? Throughout my consulting career, I’ve had the privilege to travel to a few different national dance team championships, as a mental skills consultant or a judge, and sometimes as a spectator who simply loves watching dance competitions. On the way home from one such event recently I really started to think about what these trips to nationals mean to the dancers and coaches who compete. I know how much time and energy goes into competing, as well as the hard work on the backend from judges and companies who run the event. So, what is it all for?   I decided there were 5 lessons that really hit home for me this year, and I hope at least one resonates with you too. _____________ Join the Community of Dance Coaches: Relevé https://chelseapierotti.com/membership __________ Did you enjoy today’s episode?
