Lucy shares about how she was drawn into spiritual formation and then spiritual direction, defines "hospitality of the heart," and exhorts us to the value of listening.

It is a companion, and we're on the journey together and listening to each other, listening to God, listening to the Holy Spirit. And you need help sometimes. People need help seeing what's going on.
