𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆. 🎢I’ve ridden the roller coaster of expansion and simplification and, in my experience, every time I simplified things became easier and more profitable.🎢    𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. Whether you run a big practice or a small one.     I’ve moved to larger spaces a few times in my career and every time more space has meant more equipment, more overhead, and more staff.  Sometimes it would lead to more profit, but more often than not it led to more stress for me and my staff. 🙇‍♂️    𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬…𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔! When I simplified my life and stopped seeing patients I allowed my associates to focus on doctor things (a technical term) and I could focus on business things. 📈
