"When I bake, the whole is incredibly important. For me, all ingredients are equally important and for me baking with passion and love is not just words - it is a philosophy, a lifestyle and a matter of integrity. In every pastry or sourdough bread I put all my knowledge and my values. It's my way of telling my loved ones that I love them.

For me, it is an ideology to want to eat clean food. Food that does not destroy diversity, food that does not poison our soils, that does not have a negative impact on our climate, food that is not processed, refined, cleaned and E-numbered. In other words, my values are embedded in my products, they and I are one and the same and that is what you get when you shop with us."
