We have all seen someone who we KNOW is just playing solitaire on their computers, but they use a focused face and LOOK super engaged in their "work" - and let's face it, you have probably done that a time or two yourself. It is human nature. But, we work with leaders who are constantly trying to measure or quantify how productive the employees are. They often use things like, "my employees look busy" as a measure of this productivity.
