Tech Centric vs. People Centric

We have often said that one good outcome of the pandemic is that people embraced virtual meetings and video conference technology. The People Centric team was using this long before the pandemic began and we had several clients that just didn't want to adopt this technology. But when the pandemic hit many technology-resistant clients, friends, and coworkers adopted it quickly and effectively.  Since then, we have all had days with back-to-back zoom calls, video-called a coworker who was just in the other room, and (we know you have done this) turned off our cameras just to have a second to rest our eyes. And now, employers are calling for a return to the office even though we all know we can do our jobs virtually with a high degree of success. We wondered if it is possible to be technologically efficient and still People Centric. Is there a world where technology can integrate with people and relationships healthily and sustainably?    Have questions about this topic? Want to ask for advice from our team?
