Conflict exists in the workplace. It just does. One thing that contributes to conflict is what we refer to as narrative paradigms. Narrative paradigms are really just the stories that we tell ourselves. Sometimes there is truth to them and sometimes there isn't, but either way it's how we think. So, it's important for us to understand that so we know how to deal with conflict more effectively.
