Every time I hear the phrase "It's just business, it isn't personal" I cry. Because BUSINESS IS PERSONAL - we spend our time here, we work hard here, and we want to do well here. So to say that giving my time and energy and effort isn't personal is pretty crummy. But what happens when we feel sad or mad or frustrated at work? Is it ok to have emotions at work?
