A company dedicated to educating and developing personal trainers in all the areas it's takes to be successful in the fitness industry. With over ten years working in the health and fitness industry, Chris and I discuss what it takes to be a professional and well rounded personal trainer. We also delve a little into our mutual passion that is Trance music and talk general periodisation for strength athletes.
