Our diet/nutrition more often than not is the biggest obstacle when we want to visible results from our time invested in the gym. However, it can be an obstacle in how we feel and  reinforcing  negative beliefs about ourselves. So in this episode, we talk about 3 important areas to address and talk about when finding the right diet that works for you. 1- Reframing dieting It doesn't have to be depriving yourselves of the foods you love. 2- What is your main priority? Someone who is doing a body transformation will have a different diet to someone who just wants to 'tone up' and build a little bit of confidence.
