Why This Podcast?

From being depressed and suicidal to where I am today, this journey counts for something. When I came out 'the other end' with my mental health issues, I felt a moral obligation to talk about my story for the use of others out there who might be struggling to. I have since made it my life's work within the fitness industry to learn about mental health, human behaviour and how we can become a version of ourselves that we would be proud of. I have experienced what has felt like personal hell with my mental health struggles, but one day I said 'enough is enough'. From that day I made it my number 1 priority to do whatever it took to help myself feel better again. This episode talks about the context of why I am so passionate about mental health and my personal journey from depression to being grateful.
