200. Love is an idea until it’s acted upon, featuring Leo Buscaglia

Why is it that we push ourselves so hard that we actually become unkind to each other, our kids, and ourselves? This past week certainly brought me to that point—but I also learned a thing or two along the way. Join me as I share my lessons learned about stress, expectations, and the importance of always showing love. We also hear from former author, motivational speaker and USC professor, Leo Buscaglia, known as “Dr. Love.” He reminds us that we are all connected, and that love is only an idea unless you act upon it.   Watch the full clip here, and check out his book, Love: What Life Is All About.   As always, I’d love to hear from you!
