94: PBSD's Trend Report - Leggings and Graphic Tees are BACK
Keeping up with the 'core' aesthetics, Leone and Rachel are discussing recession core and mermaid core. Necklaces are out, leggings are in! It hurts us to report, mermaid style dresses (circa 2010) are back. Even worse, skinny jeans.... the horror.
