Jenny Booth Potter on Everyday Antiracism

Working toward anti-racism is a journey that involves asking questions, educating ourselves, listening, and speaking out. But knowing when to do each of these vital tasks can be extremely difficult. That’s where Jenny Booth Potter hopes to help other white women stand up against racism. She is an author, storyteller and creative producer and co-host of The Next Question, a web series about expanding our imagination for racial justice. She is also the Chief Content Officer of HerSelf Media, a Black-owned women led media company. And in addition to all of that, she’s also a good friend of mine. On the show, Jenny tells me about how she educated herself and all of her mistakes that the rest of us can learn from.If listening to Jenny on our show wasn’t enough you can learn more about her journey and starting your own in her book, “Doing Nothing is No Longer an Option: One Woman's Journey into Everyday Antiracism”.Learn more about Jenny Booth Potter here.-- Love the podcast?
