The manifesto was not saying negotiation is invalid. Agile Practice Guide Page 77 forward will be our study spring-board. Whether we like it or not agreements should be put in place between customer and seller as well as between team members. In this episode we will explore the different contract types available everything from breaking the contract into smaller increments, making scope flexible, contract reward systems and much more.
