31. How I'm Recovering Mentally from my Car Crash

Alongside painful experiences, memory is created. That memory is used as data to prevent future painful scenarios. Normally, this is just an engrained reaction. However, when the memory is painful enough, this can be labeled as trauma. Trauma leads to triggering reactions in our life today based on an experience of the past. I was recently in a car crash in Kenya. I explain how this occurred, the trauma I accrued from the experience, and how I have already processed the trauma of being a passenger in a moving vehicle. I have used this method countless times for my own trauma, as well as my clients’ trauma. May it serve you well. Please share this if you found value in it. It’s the only “fee” that I ask in return for giving out zero cost tools and practices.
