Ed Sammon is a stand-up comedian, actor and podcaster. The Reviewables podcast which he hosts with Cian McGarrigle is one of my all-time favourite podcasts. I particularly love how they seldom get around to actually reviewing anything. Ed has a great way of going off on imaginatively surreal tangents that can have you giggling to yourself on your journey to and from work (well, wherever you might be listening to the podcast at. He doesn't specialise in commute only humour). Ed plays Father Gabriel in the RTE hit series Bridget and Eamonn and is a brilliant stand up. But take my word for it.
