At the Beer & Whisky Festival in Gothenburg this spring we got the opportunity to meet Ozren from Pulfer Brewery from Zagreb, Croatia. He was pouring his beers from the stand of Pulfers Swedish importer Mastebo Craft. Pulfer Brewing is really stretching your mind when it comes to what you define as a craft beer. Their Pastry Smoothie Sours are really incredible in texture and taste. Pulfer Brewery of course has their core range of craft beer, but they are maybe more known for the experimental craft beers. Like their Pastry Smoothie Sours or their Apricot Jelly Bean Saison. You can almost not believe it but Pulfer had all top three beers on Untappd at the Festival in Gothenburg! Pulfer Brewing actually has 10 beers at Untappd with rating at 4.25 or more! There was some fuck up with the microphones. Just bear with it!
