We should be using technology and making it more accessible for patients to consume. Speaking The patient's Language Plantar Fasciitis is not always the correct term for certain types of heel pain, but it is the term patients search for online. If you want to be found, you must use the right terminology. Once you can speak the patient's language, it becomes easier to teach them.
