Bio: Nick Ruhmann is the Director of Operational Excellence for Aon National Flood Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Aon plc, the leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing services. Nick has been working in the insurance industry since 2012, however he began his career in manufacturing working for automotive supplier Tenneco Inc, and the medical technology company, Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) Nick has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, lean manufacturing program certificate from the University of Michigan and a certification in "TRIZ" from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.
