B1 Words of obligation: must, mustn't and have to.
The words that we use to express obligation are: must, have to and then similar words, not necessarily obligation, but strong advice: should and ought to. I'll talk about how we use those words and what they really mean and also when not to use them and how we can make our orders sound softer and less direct.
