99: Anthony Phillips

Phillips started conversing with a decoy he thought was named "Kimmie", a fourteen-year-old girl, on December 9, 2006. He was regarded by Perverted Justice as a "fast mover." Using the screen name "g8rman21," a reference to his affinity for alligator hunting, he said that although he had examinations that evening, he would drive to her house afterward so they could "watch a scary movie and see if anything happens." He recognized that she was a child and called her cute, explaining that her age did not bother him. Phillips inquired if she was a virgin and whether she was still in junior high. He didn't want to talk about anything overtly sexual, as if he knew the decoy was attempting to set him up. At least a dozen times, Phillips warned the decoy not to inform her parents or anyone else and that he might get in trouble, showing that he was aware of her age and that what he was doing was improper.[1] See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
