Joshua Lee Tuttle

Joshua Lee Tuttle, a 20-year-old man using the screen name "goodbody1330," initiated contact with an individual he believed to be a 13-year-old girl named "Jessie" but was, in fact, a Perverted Justice decoy. Tuttle began their conversation by asking if she had ever been in a relationship and whether she would consider dating someone in their 20s. He then proposed the idea of becoming her friend and offered to take her out. Tuttle referred to the decoy as his girlfriend and suggested having a "private party" at her home when her father was not present. Tuttle mentioned bringing condoms and discussed a sequence of activities he envisioned, including cuddling, watching movies, engaging in kissing and making out, and ultimately engaging in sexual activity in her bedroom. The following day, Tuttle, filled with apprehension, expressed concern about the potential consequences if he were to get caught engaging in the planned meeting. He voiced his fear of ending up in jail as a result of his actions. In comes Chris!
