Gabriela Renta Lopez, a college student from Villalba, Puerto Rico, took a break to talk with IISE's Keith Albertson outside the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida, site of the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference 2022. Gabriela discussed what she hoped to learn from the conference and how she served as a representative of the Society for Health Systems in the #HSPI2022 Exhibit Hall.
