As the CEO, he grew the company to 100+ employees with offices on 3 continents. Under his leadership, Leanplum was ranked a Top 3 Best Place to Work in the Bay Area.Before Leanplum, Momchil was a senior software engineer at Google where he launched multiple quality improvements to YouTube’s ranking & monetization algorithms.
