After 2 intensive years in Switzerland, he moved to the US, where he started his journey with Hyatt hotels working across various departments and learning about leadership. His journey with Hyatt took him from US to France and UAE. He then enrolled onto a MSc program in Hospitality where he deep dived on the topic of Emotional Intelligence. This was the start of his exploration in sales and understanding the customer journey and decision-making process in depth.Goran’s expertise in sales comes from his role as admissions manager and eventually director for various groups of Swiss Hospitality universities. He has spent more than 15 years in such roles managing, B2B, B2G and B2C sales across Europe and Central Asia. From working on a government-funded study program in Kazakhstan to developing study programs for Croatian Hotelier Association, he has helped hundreds of people recognize their passion for hospitality and pursue a career in the service and luxury industries globally.
