A Planet of 3 Billion - Chris Tucker

Chris Tucker is a polymath with deep roots in geography.  His awakening about human use of natural resources during the mid-1990s has now manifested into his new book entitled “A Planet of 3 Billion.”  Interviewed by Adam Simmons and Darryl Murdock, join us as Chris talks about the key concepts in how humans have not only reshaped the planet but how we must actively pursue information sharing and support policies that reduce and even reverse centuries-long indiscriminate use of our shared ecology without thought of what he refers to as “human exhaust.”  Rather than preaching the gospel of Gaia, Chris provides meaningful data that show where we have been, where we are today, and what we can individually do to help ourselves ensure nothing less than the survival of our own species.  He is inquisitive, intuitive and funny. Our bet is this is the first of many interviews we will have with Chris.  Tune in to the first in this new co-hosted series.  You can purchase Chris Tucker's Book, A Planet of 3 Billion at the below Amazon Link: https://www.amazon.com/Planet-Billion-Humanitys-Ecological-Destruction-ebook/dp/B07V9BC8XM/ About Us Project Geospatial is a podcast created by Adam Simmons dedicated to increasing awareness of Geospatial Technology, education resources, and industry best practices.
