So today, it is my pleasure to have Dr. Jim Lewis from the Lewis Institute back on the show. I first spoke to Jim back in Episode 32 which was entitled “Projects are People”, a firm belief of his. Jim has written 12 books on Project Management including one on Project Leadership which is our chosen topic for discussion today.
