Episode 028 - Tommy Hough a local San Diego radio host starts a political based environmental club to help wildlife and tackle climate change issues

Tommy built a community of listeners and neighbors around shared experiences, current events, environmental matters, San Diego craft beers, favorite songs and movies, travel, traffic jams, family, and making ends meet. Since then, Tommy was able to utilize his connections with so many of his fellow San Diegans as part of his run for San Diego City Council in 2018, and often spoke firsthand about the challenges faced by his audience as they struggle to make ends meet in an increasingly expensive and unaffordable San Diego. A long time environmentalist with professional stints at the San Diego Surfrider chapter and at Oregon Wild, Tommy co-founded San Diego County Democrats for Environmental Action in 2014.
