Knowing this will help us evaluate carefully the value of our time, how we spend our time and what we exchange our time for. In the property business, a lot of time goes into sourcing deals, researching, getting finance, refurbishment, refinancing etc. All of these takes time and knowing how to delegate or outsource this is key to saving you money once you know the value of your time.
