From 1 Flat to Blocks of Flats- Jackie Tomes Talks Strategy & Systems; Burn Out; Remote Working & Much More

Jackie Tomes is the founder of Tomes Homes and Property Strategy.   She started Tomes Homes in 2013, when she spent 18 months of working two jobs, to create the deposit needed to buy the first investment property.  These days the company buys blocks of flats and focuses on customer and tenant satisfaction, in an aim to make renting better than owning. Her other company, Property Strategy- does exactly that. It works with other property investors to improve the systems, processes and strategies within their businesses.   In this episode Jackie takes us through her property journey and the making of Tomes Homes. She explains how her business model and buying rules have evolved over time.   We go on to dive into a point in her journey where long intense hours and a lack of focus led Jackie to extreme overwhelm and burn out. She then explains how she managed to get through that difficult time and how implementing the right systems and processes has allowed her to live the flexible lifestyle she lives today. From skiing in the Alpes to relaxing in South Africa, Jackie manages to spend many weeks a year working remotely, whilst still improving the efficiency of her businesses and taking them to the next level.   Enjoy!   **********   BOOK YOUR 1-TO-1 FREE CALL WITH RAJ (limited slots available)   https://calendly.com/propertyinvesting2-0/free-1-to-1-call
