William Stokes on Building Co-Space & Diving into The Flexible Co-Working Model
William Stokes is the Co-Founder & CEO of Co-Space- a flexible workspace and co-working operator. Their focus is on changing the way in which we work and helping entrepreneurs and growing SME's to connect, collaborate and succeed. William also helped co-found the EquaGroup, a medium-sized commercial to residential property developer that delivers between 150-250 apartments a year. He sat on the board there from 2016 to 2019 before exiting to focus more time on CO-Space. Today, William takes us through his story. From how he got into property, to doing large-scale development projects, to why he walked away from that to focus on pursuing his passion and start Co-space. We dive into the flexible co-working model, how it works, who it's for and where it now sits within this new world, due to the pandemic and the changes it's had on the working office environment.
