#027: The Autumn Statement is in, Use Class apps and BIG Bat Houses!

The GRAND return!Ian's Rant is back once again - This week Ian's bugged by people taking use classes given out by apps as the indisputable fact and explains how they really SHOULD be used.As usual, Ian has some updates on some of his sites, including some news on a 20 apartment property in Cornwall that he's going to have to install a bat house next to! He's also on his way to complete a deal for 12 houses, with the potential for a joint venture with the land owner... Though there are some problems with that site!There's also been some big news since Ian last hopped into a podcast - a new prime minister (or 2!) and some heavy financial changes.
