We start our with Chico Xavier who used his channeling abilities to spread the word about spiritism and practicing kindness. He was such an amazing medium and teacher that he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize twice. Then we look at the work of Franz Mesmer who introduced us to mesmirism which led to hypnotherapy.
