Exam Preparation: The Big Picture with Lucy Carey

In the UK students will be sitting public exams for the first time a since 2019.  This means that the current year 13s won’t have done GCSEs and many teachers that have joined the profession haven’t taken a cohort through the exams process and this may mean there is some additional apprehension about the whole process.  With this in mind I thought I would start this term with a week of short podcasts that look at ways to make revision effective and engaging.  I am starting with an interview with Lucy Carey from OCR talking about the big picture for assessment this year, the concerns that teachers and students are raising and what advice assessment bodies such as OCR have for both students and teachers for this exam period.  You can find more support on the OCR website.
