How Growing Up With A Single Mom Became A Huge Advantage In My Life With Jeff Brewer

This was SUCH a fun podcast to record!! I had my friend Jeff Brewer come over and we had a blast recording this podcast.  Jeff is a master at helping people launch their products (he was hugely instrumental in our pregnancy training guide launch last year), and I thought we were going to talk business, but I was pleasantly surprised when we really pulled back the curtain and our conversation took a different direction.Jeff shared how when he was in junior high, his father was sent to prison for embezzlement.  He was the same age I was when my mom was sent to prison! We connected on a lot of levels, and he shared what it was like for him at that age, how his mom was a huge influence in his life as he watched her build companies and raise her boys…..all as a single mom. He shared hardships he went through to get to where he is at now, including developing a severe stutter as an adult and the steps he went through to work through that.We finished up by talking about things he felt his mom did a great job with as a single parent that helped shape his own drive and work ethic. This will be a great podcast to tune into if you want to hear a great story of someone who has overcome many obstacles in their way to get to where they are at.  I loved recording this episode and hope you guys love it too!

Om Podcasten

How are women like us actually living up to the pressure to balance everything? To have it together physically, emotionally, and financially. The truth is, most of us don't. Perfection is a myth we all fail. While raising babies and growing seven figure businesses online, I spent years helping women look at these three areas in their life: being strong physically, emotionally, and financially. But how does someone learn to actually do that? This podcast is here to give you the answer. Join me as I pull back the curtain and talk about things that nobody usually talks about. Where I share my real, raw stories and give you tangible strategies on ways you can work through some of the same vulnerable issues we all face. My name is Natalie Hodson and welcome to the Pulling Back the Curtain Podcast.
