It would be hard to think of anything you could do immediately to improve your health than eating less. But darn! Eating just feels so good. And, above all, I am SOO hungry. Ever wondered why medical literature before 1962 had almost no mention of peanut allergies and eating disorders? Because they didn’t have those things then, that’s why. In this show we’re not exploring nut allergies, but I do explain exactly why, nowadays, very many young people do suffer from eating disorders.
