If Enlightenment Happens, You Won’t Miss It

We get a lot of questions about journaling during a meditation. A lot of thoughts pop up during meditation — they could be creative or insightful. And we may  want to remember them. But stopping your meditation to write things down changes the nature of the exercise and may even create more tension. Try to resist this urge. Trust us — if it’s really important, you won’t forget it.
