Psychiatrist resignation leaves trainees unsupervised

The mass exodus of over 200 NSW psychiatrists has trainees in the industry worried they'll be left to fill roles out of their depth and without supervision. Up to 90 new doctors are set to enter the state's workforce on February 3rd, but the NSW Association of Psychiatry Trainees fears they could be facing an unsafe environment.
