Trump and Biden show different responses to New Orleans attack
An act of terrorism, premeditated, and an evil act — that's how the FBI has described the New Orleans attack which killed at least 14 people and injured more than 30 others. The agency says it now believes the army veteran who drove into crowds of people in the city's French Quarter early on New Year's Day acted alone.
